Peterson is his eighth studio album, released March 7, 2025 on One Umbrella, with the title and artwork announced three days earlier. The title is his legal surname, and it is described as a follow-up to Daystar.
It was made while he was in prison. His vocals were captured over prison phone calls and processed by his engineering team, and he called it the first in-real-time prison album. Producers include AraabMuzik, Lex Luger and Joe Spinelli, and guests include Davo, Max B, King Midas, SOS, DSTNY and members of his family. It entered the Billboard 200 at No. 25 and reached No. 11 on the R&B/Hip-Hop albums chart.
